On December 19, the Deutsche Kinemathek will show “Looking Back to the Present” – Film Program 7.
Included: “Der Anschlag” (The Attack) by Pia Frankenberg.

From the feminist beginnings at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin with Helke Sander to the private punk film by the new artistic director Angelika Levi, the program brings together seven short films by ten women who studied or taught at the DFFB: Helke Sander, Maria Lang, Pia Frankenberg, Bärbel Freund, Elfi Mikesch, Angelika Levi, Lilly Grote, Ute Aurand, Monika Vogel, Sibylle Tiedemann.

(Almost everything about this information is correct—except that Pia Frankenberg, as a self-taught artist, neither studied nor taught at the DFFB :-)
